Water Heater Installation

What is Water Heating?

As the name talks for itself, Water heating is the process of heating water above its initial temperature using an energy source. Some appliances help in doing the same. They are:

  • Water heaters
  • Water boilers
  • Electric rods
  • Geysers
  • Hot water tanks

Having a water heater in any form is a must in every household as hot water is used for a variety of domestic household chores like bathing, cooking, washing vessels, and cleaning. In the winter season or rainy season when it’s difficult to even get out of the blanket, hot water becomes a must in almost everything we do.

How does a water heater work in simple words?

Coldwater is always ready and available at your disposal but for the water to become hot, it needs to go to the water heater and then come back to you. The pipe carries the water to the water heater and the thermostat controls the temperature of the water inside the tank.  It is recommended to e always set the temperature of the water heater between 120-140 degrees Fahrenheit. This is more than enough for domestic purpose water heating.
